 | Now this JD Byrider Customer was not so happy.. I own a 2003 Pontiac Montana. My salesperson was Jose, and he was fine. It didnt take long to get approved for the car, but I dont have it anymore. The car wasnt cleaned when I got it. There was candy smashed in the back seat. I gave the car back because there were so many problems with the car and the payment wasnt working for me. The car looked like it was in a wreck because the door didnt shut all the way. Overall my experience was negative because they kelly blue book was a lot lower than what they sold the car for.

 | I own a 2000 Ford Taurus. The vehicle was recently brought in for tire iron service, it took about thirty minutes for the vehicle to be serviced. The vehicle`s service was under warranty, and I did receive a receipt for the service. The staff was good, and the vehicle has no problems now. Overall I would rate this experience positive.

Overall my experience was negative, because I had my My vehicle stalled on me, and there is a smell comming through the vents. My vehicle is shaking really bad. My vehicle was in the shop for about one day. Instead of fixing the problem with the smell, the staff just to put air freshener in my vents. My vehicle is still stalling on me. This is the third time that I had service on the same problems, but Jessica is really nice.

 | I own a 2003 Dodge Durango. Overall my experience was positive. My sales person was Bob, and I was approved the same day. I currently do not have any problem with my vehicle, and it was in good condition when I bought it. Bob did a good job during the purchase of my vehicle.

 | I own a 2003 CHEVROLET Cavalier. Overall, my experience was positive. My salesperson was Gerard and he was good. My vehicle was in good condition and clean when I bought it. There are no current problems with the vehicle. I was approved the same day, but I had to come back the next day to finish paperwork becuase it was Halloween and I had to take my son trick or treating.

 | But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 2003 CHEVROLET Cavalier. Laura worked with me and she was very nice the whole time. I was approved for the vehicle the first day I went in. The vehicle was clean and in good condition when I bought it and I have not had one single issue with the vehicle since I drove it off of the lot. Overall my experience was neutral because it took too long to get it.

 | I own a 2002 Ford Taurus. Overall my experience was positive. I had an oil change, and it took about 20 minutes. My vehicle was udner warranty, and I did not received papework. My vehicle is making a sweeling noise, and I do not know what is causing the problem. The staff did a good job during the time that I was at the service department.

 | I own a 2000 Nissan Quest. My salesperson was Wayne and he was great. The car was in good condition when I got it. When I come to a stop, the gas pedal gets stuck and it is hard to accelerate. It took about 45 minutes to an hour to get approved. Overall, my experience was positive.

 | I own a 2002 Pontiac Grand Am. I brought my vehicle in because the transmission was acting really weird and it took 5 days to get the vehicle back. It was under warranty and I got a receipt. The staff were really good. The people really make things great there. The car doesn`t seem to get going as fast as it used to. It feels slow. Overall my experience was positive.

 | I own a 2001 Ford Taurus. I brought my car in to have work done on the transmission. It too a couple days to complete. It was not covered under warranty, but I paid a fair price. I received paperwork for the service. The service manager did not seem to know anything. Other than that the customer service was alright. The motor on the car recently blew up. Overall though I would say my experience was positive.

 | I own a 2002 Mercury Sable. Overall my experience was positive. My vehicle needed a new belt, and a AC compressor. My vehicle was in the shop for about six hours. I was very pleased with the service, and the staff did a good job during it. I currently do not have any problems with myvehicle, and my service bill was fair. I received paeprwork upon the completion of service.

 | Now this JD Byrider Customer was not so happy.. I own a 2008 Ford Taurus. I had to bring my vehicle in because the geomodular was broken and it took a week to get my car back. It was $150 and there was no receipt. The staff were okay. I ended up sending the car back because of the problems. Overall my experience was pretty negative because they wouldn`t let me see the CarFax report and because of all of the problems.

 | I own a 2003 Pontiac Grand Am. Overall my experience was positive. I worked with a male who used to be the general manager and he was very nice to me. The vehicle was clean and in good condition when I bought it and I was approved the first day I went in. A headlight is loose, the service engine light is on, the power door locks don`t work and the door has a dent and squeaks. I am bringing the vehicle in on Thursday to get all the problems fixed.
