    I own a 2003 CHEVROLET Cavalier. I brought my car into the shop because I needed to get a new heater put in it. They had my car back to me that next day and the staff members treated me very well. The work done was under warranty and I did get paperwork showing the work that they did. Today my car is running good for me. Overall my experience was positive.

    I own a 2000 Ford Taurus. I brought my car in because it was stalling, it was blowing out cold air, and because one of the turn signals was not working. It took four or five hours to complete. It was covered under warranty. I received paperwork for the service. The customer service was fine. Currently there are no problems with the car. Overall my experience was positive.

    I own a 2002 Chrysler Town & Cou. Overall my experience was very positive. I worked with Joe and Tony and they were both excellent. I was approved right away and the vehicle was in good condition and clean when I bought it. I have not had a single issue with the vehicle since I bought it.

    I own a 2004 Ford Windstar. My overall experience was positive. My salesperson was Almarie. Her service was great. I was approved for the car the same day. The car was in good condition and clean when I got it. There are no problems with my car at the moment.

    I own a 2003 OLDSMOBILE Alero. My salesperson was Joshua. The customer service that I received was good. The vehicle was neat and in good condition when I received it. I have problems with the rear defogger but they are aware of it. It took about 2 hours for me to be approved for the vehicle. My overall experience was positive.

    I own a 2001 Mercury Grand Marq. I brought my car into the shop because I needed to get an oil change and a tire rotation done. They had my car back to me that same day and the staff members treated me perfect while I was there. The work done was under warranty and I did get paperwork with it. Today my car is perfect for me.     I own a 2001 CHEVROLET Venture. Overall my experience has been positive. I recently brought my car in for an oil change. I thought that the service was completed quickly. My vehicle was under warranty so I didn`t have to pay anything for my service. I thought the staff was excellent as far as customer service. I am not experiencing any problems with the vehicle as of right now.

    I own a 2000 Dodge Stratus. Overall my experience was positive. I brought my vehicle in because a tire went flat and I got the vehicle back in an hour. I got a receipt and it was covered under warranty. The staff did a fine job with me. I have not had any other problems with the vehicle since.

    I own a 1999 Ford Taurus. Overall my experience has been positive. I brought my car in for an oil change , they didn`t fix it very quick because something else on my car broke down, but they tried. I had to pay ten dollars for the service but I thought it was fair. I did recieve paper work for the service. I am not having any problems with the vehicle today. The staff is always wonderful

    I own a 2003 Dodge Durango. My overall experience was positive. I brought my car in for an oil change. I did get it back the same day. I was not charged for this service and I did get a receipt. I currently have no issues with my car now. The staff overall were great.

    But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 1999 Jeep Grand Cher. My experience was neutral because the entire process took too long. Mike was my salesperson. My car was clean and running well when I got it, but the airbag light was on. I was approved for the car in one day. Financing and approval was clearly explained to me. The airbag light is still on.

    I own a 1999 Buick Century. Overall my experience was positive. My sales person was Jerry, and I was approved the same day. My vehicle was alright when I bought it, but the speakers, and door pannel need service. Jerry did a good job during the purchase of my vehicle, and my sales person has set up a service appointment for my vehicle.

    I own a 2003 CHEVROLET Malibu. The vehicle was recently brought in for an oil change, it took a liitle longer then expected but was eventually serviced. The vehicle`s service was under warranty, and I did receive a receipt for the service. The staff was pretty good, and the vehicle has no problems now. Overall I would rate this expereince positive.

    I own a 2002 Dodge Durango. Overall my experience was positive. I had an oil change, and my vehicle was under warranty. I received paperwork, and the oil change took about 30 minutes to compelte. This morning I noticed that there was oil on the ground, but I also noticed that there was none on the frame of my truck. I am thinking that might be caused by an overfill or something. The staff did a goo job during the service of my vehicle.

    I own a 2002 Pontiac Montana. Overall my experience was positive. I brought my vehicle in for a light in the front, and I just left it for the day. The cost was covered under warranty, and I received paperwork with the service. The staff there always treats me real good, and there are no current problems with the vehicle.
