 | I own a 2002 Pontiac Grand Am. My salesperson was a heavy set man, he sat at a visiting desk on the front side. He and the other employees did a fine job. I was approved the same day. My car was in good condition when I got it other than it is missing the heater button and the breaks need replaced and on the way home the oil light came on. The car is doing fine today. My experience was positive.

 | But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 2002 Chrysler PT Cruiser. Todd was my salesman. He was all right. The car was not clean and in good condition when I got it. He told me he would fix it. The clutch is sticking and there is a squeaking in the back. I was approved the same day. Overall, my experience was neutral because of the problems with the car.

 | I own a 2001 Dodge Neon. Overall I had a positive experience. I brought my car in to have my transmission replaced ,but it has been awhile. I felt that the work was sone quick. I had to pay a 25 dollar service charge. I did not recieve paperwork for the service though. The staff was good as far as customer service. I am not experiencing any problems with the vehicle today.

 | I own a 2000 Buick Century. My salesperson was Bob. He and the other employees did a very good job, he was very nice. I was approved the same day. My car was in nice and clean condition when I got it and it is doing good today. I love the car. My experience was positive.

 | I own a 1999 CHEVROLET Malibu. I recently had my oil changed in my car. The service was completed quickly. My car was under warranty. I did receive a receipt that day after it was finished. The staff was good, and so is the car today. Overall I had a positive experience.

 | I own a 1998 Buick Regal. Overall my experience was positive. I brought my vehicle in for a transmission, and they had it for about a month. The cost was covered under warranty, and I received paperwork with the service. The staff there were nice, and currently my heater is not heating up.

I brought the vehicle in because of a problems with the thermostat and the fans and clunking in the transmission. It took 2 days for it to be repaired. It was covered under warranty. I did receive paperwork that day. I still have problems with the heat in the car and the transfer case. The customer service I received was fine. My overall experience was neutral due to the problems that I continue to have with the car.

 | I own a 2002 Ford Taurus. Rick was my salesman. He was good. The car was clean and in good condition when I got it. Now the brakes are grinding. They were squeaking a little when I bought it. I was approved the same day. Overall, my experience was positive.

The cost was covered under warranty, and I received paperwork with the service. The staff there were very nice, and they treated me very good. Currently, when I turn the wheel there is a pop in one of the tires.

 | I own a 2000 Ford Taurus. I brought my vehicle in to get the spark plugs changed and the radiator fixed and it took about 3 hours. I paid $185 and got a receipt. The staff were great to me and I have not had any other problems with the vehicle since. Overall my experience was positive.

 | I own a 2002 OLDSMOBILE Silhouette. I brought it in for an oil change that took about 20 or 30 minutes. It was covered with a coupon and I did get a receipt. For some reason the van cut off on me today, but it came back on. I haven`t talked to them about it yet. The staff there is really good and helpfull and the experience was positive.

 | I own a 2005 Ford Taurus. I took the car to the service center to get a oil change, and it took about four hours. I didnt have to pay for it, but they gave me a receipt back. I am just having a problem with getting the heat to work. The staff treated me really good, and my overall my experience was positive.

 | I own a 2004 Ford Focus. Overall my experience was positive. I brought my vehicle in to get a backlight fixed and the brakes were making a noise. It took a little less than a day to get the vehicle back and it was under warranty. I got a receipt. The staff were and always are excellent. I am noticing a noise now.

 | I own a 2002 Chrysler VOYAGER. Overall my experience was positive. I took my car into the shop because I needed to get some brakes work done to it. They had my car back to me that same day and the staff members treated me good while I was there. The work done was under warranty and I did get paperwork with it. Today my car is running good for me.
