    I own a 2002 CHEVROLET Impala. I took the car to the service center because it was overheating. I got the car back from the service center the same day. I had to pay a hundred and eighty dollars for the work that was done, but they gave me a receipt back. I am not having any problems with the car now. The staff treated me good. Overall my experience was positive.

    I own a 2002 Hyundai Elantra. My sales person was Brian and he did a good job helping me find a car. When I got my car it was running good for me and it was in clean condition. I got approved for the car in about one day. Today my car is running good for me and I have no problems with it. Overall my experience was positive.

    I own a 2002 Ford Focus. Overall my experience was positive. Laura was the salesperson that I worked with and she did a good job with me. The vehicle was clean and in pretty good condition when I bought it. I was approved the first day I went in and I have not had any mechanical problems with the vehicle.

    I own a 2004 Hyundai Elantra. I brought my car in because the motor was messed up. It took three days to complete. It was covered under warranty. I received paperwork for the service. The customer service was really good. Currently there are no problems with the car. Overall my experience was positive.

    I own a 2001 Buick LeSabre. Overall my experience was positive. I brought my vehicle in because the check engine light was on, and they kept it for about 45 minutes. The cost was covered under warranty, and I received paperwork with the service. The staff there treated me fine, and there are no current problems with the vehicle.

    I own a 2000 Ford Focus. I brought my vehicle in for an oil change. It took about 20 minutes and was under warranty. The staff treated me well and they gave me a receipt. I am hearing a knocking noise going on now. Overall my experience was positive.

    I own a 2000 Ford Mustang. Overall my experience was positive. My was totaled, so I went to the service department. The visit with the service department did not take longer than one day, and the staff did a good job during it. My vehicle was not under warranty, but I received paperwork. My vehicle is totaled, but I am still going to have to pay on it untill it is paid off. The staff was nice to me during my visit with the service department.

    I own a 2004 KIA OPTIMA. Overall my experince was positive. My had my oil change, and my door lock fixed. My vehicle was in the shop for about 9 hours. My was under warranty, and I received paperwork. I currently do not have any problems with my vehicle, and the staff did a good through out the duration of my service.

    But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 1999 CHEVROLET Malibu. I had to bring my vehicle in for a service because the brakes went out and it took a full day to get it back. It was under warranty and I got a receipt. The staffdid a pretty good job working with me. I have not had any other problems with the vehicle recently. Overall my experience was neutral because every time I turn around there is something else going wrong with the vehicle.

    I own a 2005 Dodge Caravan. Overall my experience was positive. I bought my car from Julio, and he was great. I was approved for the car the same day. The car was in good condition when I bought it, and I am not having any problems at this time.

    I own a 2001 Ford Focus. My overall experience was positive. My vehicle was clean inside and in a good running condition when I first got it. I do no thae any problems with my car now. Michael was my salesperson and he excellent, wonderful, and great from start to finish. I was approved for my car the same day.

    I own a 2002 KIA Sportage. The window was broke and needed service here recently, and I brought it in and it took four hours for the vehicle to be serviced. The vehicle`s service was under warranty, and I did receive a receipt for the service. The staff was good, and the vehicle has no problems now. Overall I would rate this experience positive.

    I own a 2002 Pontiac Sunfire. Overall my experience was positive. I brought my vehicle in for a new muffler, and they had it for a couple of hours to work on it. I had to pay about $30 for the service, and I felt that was a fair price. I received paperwork with the service, and the staff there were very nice. Mr. Jim was nice and did a great job, also. There are no current problems with the vehicle.
