 | I own a 2002 CHEVROLET Impala. I took the car to the service center because it was overheating. I got the car back from the service center the same day. I had to pay a hundred and eighty dollars for the work that was done, but they gave me a receipt back. I am not having any problems with the car now. The staff treated me good. Overall my experience was positive.

 | I own a 2002 Hyundai Elantra. My sales person was Brian and he did a good job helping me find a car. When I got my car it was running good for me and it was in clean condition. I got approved for the car in about one day. Today my car is running good for me and I have no problems with it. Overall my experience was positive.

The vehicle was clean and in pretty good condition when I bought it. I was approved the first day I went in and I have not had any mechanical problems with the vehicle.

The visit with the service department did not take longer than one day, and the staff did a good job during it. My vehicle was not under warranty, but I received paperwork. My vehicle is totaled, but I am still going to have to pay on it untill it is paid off. The staff was nice to me during my visit with the service department.

 | I own a 2004 KIA OPTIMA. Overall my experince was positive. My had my oil change, and my door lock fixed. My vehicle was in the shop for about 9 hours. My was under warranty, and I received paperwork. I currently do not have any problems with my vehicle, and the staff did a good through out the duration of my service.

 | But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 1999 CHEVROLET Malibu. I had to bring my vehicle in for a service because the brakes went out and it took a full day to get it back. It was under warranty and I got a receipt. The staffdid a pretty good job working with me. I have not had any other problems with the vehicle recently. Overall my experience was neutral because every time I turn around there is something else going wrong with the vehicle.

 | I own a 2002 Pontiac Sunfire. Overall my experience was positive. I brought my vehicle in for a new muffler, and they had it for a couple of hours to work on it. I had to pay about $30 for the service, and I felt that was a fair price. I received paperwork with the service, and the staff there were very nice. Mr. Jim was nice and did a great job, also. There are no current problems with the vehicle.
