    I own a 2002 CHEVROLET Silverado. I brought the vehicle in because I needed an oil change. It took 30-45 minutes for it to be repaired. It was covered under warranty. I did receive paperwork that day. I am not having problems with the vehicle now. The customer service I received was ok. My overall experience was positive.

    I own a 2002 Chrysler PT Cruiser. I brought the vehicle in because I was having noise in the right front wheel. It took 6 hours for it to be repaired. It was covered under warranty. I did receive paperwork that day. I am not having problems with the vehicle now. The customer service I received was great. My overall experience was positive.

    I own a 2002 CHEVROLET Venture. Overall my experience was positive. I took my car into the shop because I needed to get an oil chang done to it. They had my car done quickly and the staff members treated me good while I was there. The work done was under warranty and I did get paperwork with it. Today my car is running good for me.

    I own a 2001 Ford Focus. I brought my car in because there was a noise coming from the front axel. The service was completed quickly. I had to pay a price, but I found the amount fair. I received a receipt. The staff was good, and so is the car today. Overall my experience was positive.

    I own a 2003 Ford Taurus. Overall my experience was positive. I took my car into the shop because I needed to get new back struts put on. They had my car back to me that same day and the staff members treated me good while I was there. The work done was under warranty and I did get paperowork with it showing what they did. Today my car is running ok for me but I think I am still having some problems. One thing I think they could be better at is looking over the cars.

    I own a 1999 Pontiac Grand Am. My overall experience was positive. I brought my car in for a thermostat and a water pump. There was something else, but I can not remember. It took one day to service my vehicle. I was charged for an oil change twice since I had just had an oil change. The mechanic was excellent. I have a broken piece around my window.

    I own a 2005 KIA Other. Todd was my salesman. He was great. The car was clean and in good condition when I got it. I brought it in because it was clicking and they worked on it. When I got it back it was still doing it. They said they would work on it again but I told them to keep it. They still have it. I was approved two days before. Overall, my experience was positive.

    I own a 1998 Pontiac Bonneville. My car was in for a tune up. They had my car for about two hours. The service was not under warranty. They did give me paper work. There are no problems with my car today. The employees were excellent. My experience was very positive.

    I own a 2002 Ford Focus. My salesperson was Floyd. He and the other employees did a good job. I did not like the finance manager, she was rude to me. It took a couple of days to get me approved and everything done. My car was in good condition when I got it and it is doing fine today. My experience was positive.

    I own a 2000 Dodge Durango. My sales person was short and had glasses. Her office was in the front in the middle. She was great. THe truck was clean and in good condition when I got it. Now there isn`t much heat coming out. I even go out in the morning and warm it up. I was approved the same day. Overall, my experience was positive.

    I own a 1998 Dodge Caravan. My car was in for a oil change and tyrods. They had my car for one day, they did not have it long at all. The service was not under warranty, we had to pay for the parts and labor, the oil change was covered. There are no problems with my car today. The employees were good, they are always are. My experience was positive.

    I own a 1998 Pontiac Bonneville. Overall, my experience has been positive. I brought the car in a few months ago for a fuel pump problem. It was quickly serviced but not satisfactory serviced. They never really fixed the problem and it`s back in the shop currently because the engine is blown, but I have no means to pay for it. The price I paid the first time was fair as far as I know, and I was given a receipt. The customer service was good.

    I own a 2001 TOYOTA Corolla. I took the car to the service center to get a normal check up done. I was only there an hour before I got the car back. I had to pay for the work that was done, and I got a receipt back. I am not having any problems with the car now. The staff was nice and polite. Overall my experience was positive.
