 | I own a 1999 Pontiac Grand Am. I brought the vehicle in because of problems with the power steering. It took 4 days for it to be repaired. It was covered under warranty. I did receive paperwork that day. I am not having problems with the vehicle now. The customer service I received was good. I would give them a 10.
My overall experience was positive.

 | I own a 2001 Dodge Durango. Overall my experience was positive. I took my car into the shop because I needed to get a new radiator cap put on because my radiator hose busted. They had my car in the shop for about one day and the staff members treated me good while I was there. The work done was under warranty and I did get paperwork with it. Today my car is running great for me and I have no problems with it.

 | I own a 2000 Ford Contour. I took in my car for voltage regulator on the alternator. They replaced all kinds of lights. I had to take it to Ford finally before they would actually work on the car. The alternator was supposed to be brand new and not rebuilt so I waited for two alternators to be put on. The service I got this time was a hundred percent better. The staff was wonderful. I would like to make a suggestion that maybe you could put a waiting area out in the work bay. I would like to be able to point out the issue. It would help with lingo issues and help communication between mechanics and customers. My experience was positive.

 | I own a 2008 Ford EXP. I brought the vehicle in because it needed an oil change. It took 30 minutes for it to be completed. It was under warranty. I did receive paperwork that day. I am not having problems with the vehicle now. The customer service I received was wonderful. My overall experience was positive.

 | I own a 2002 Dodge Durango. I brought it in for the track light on, and the wheel berrings were bad. It was there from 8 until 2 and the service was covered. I did get a receipt and there are no problems now. The staff there was pretty good and the experience was positive.

 | I own a 1999 Mercury Sable. I brought my car in to get the rear defrost worked on. It took about seven hours to complete. It was not covered under warranty, but since I just recently got the car the work was done for free. I did not receive any paperwork for the service. The staff were really nice. Currently there are no problems with the car. Overall my experience was positive.

 | I own a 1999 Ford Escort. I worked with Steve to find the vehicle I needed, and he did an excellent job at helping me find the right vehicle. Other than the few issues that Steve made me aware of, the car was clean and just as I expected. However, the car is having issues today and it`s horrible; transmission slips in low gear, the oil burns away quickly inside the engine, and there is a squeak in the front end and also break issues. I was approved same day, however, and I still would consider my experience with JD Byrider to be positive.

 | I own a 2000 SATURN SL. My car was in for a oil change. They had my car for about one hour. The service was not under warranty.The employees were very nice, I really like Jennifer, They did give me paper work. There are no problems with my car today. My experience was positive.

 | I own a 2002 CHEVROLET Blazer. Overall my experience was positive. I brought my vehicle in to get the ABS light fixed and the water pump needed replacing. It was under warranty and I just got a receipt yesterday in the mail. The staff did just fine with everything. I have not had any other problems with the vehicle since I got it back.

 | I own a 2004 Ford Windstar. My overall experience was positive. I took my car in because the check engine light was coming on--I needed power steering fluid. It was under warranty. I did not recieve paperwork or a receipt. The staff`s service was good. My car`s check engine light is still coming on.

 | I own a 1999 Dodge Caravan. I took the car to the service center because the altanator had to be replaced. I got the car back that day because I sat and waited. All the work that was done was covered under warranty, but they gave me a receipt back. I am not sure where it is though. I am having the same problems with the car that I have had since I bought it. They tell me that they cant hear the sounds that I hear. The staff was helpful. Overall my experience was positive.

 | I own a 1999 Buick Century. Overall my experience was positive. My vehicle needed an inspection, and an oil change. My vehilce was in the shop for a couple of hours. My service bill was fair, and I received paperwork. I currenlty do not have any problems with my vehicle, and the staff did a good job during the service of my vehicle.
