    I own a 1999 CHEVROLET Venture. Overall my experience was positive. I brought my vehicle in so they could look at the heat gauge, and they had it for less than 30 minutes. They didn`t actually do the work, but just told me what was wrong because the vehicle is not under warranty anymore. They did not charge me anything, and I got paperwork with that. The staff there has treated me good, and currently my vehicle is at a different mechanic having the work done.

    I own a 2002 Mercury Sable. My experience was positive. I took my car to the service center for a torque convertor and an oil pan gasket. The work was done in about a week. My warranty covered the work, and I was given some paperwork for it. The service staff was great. The idle is very rough now.

    I own a 2004 Ford Focus. Overall my experience was positive. I brought my vehicle in for an oil change and regualr tune up, and the work took about an hour. The cost was covered under warranty, and I received paperwork with the service. The staff there treated me wonderful, and there are no current problems with the vehicle.

    I own a 2002 CHEVROLET Malibu. Overall my experience was positive. I brought my vehicle in for a fuel pump, and they had it for about 2 days. I had to pay for the service, I felt the price was fair, and I received paperwork. The staff there treated me very good, and there are no current problems with the vehicle.

    I own a 1998 Pontiac Trans Am. I worked with Bruce on the purchase of my vehicle, and he was really nice and helpful. The vehicle runs well, but it was not clean, and Bruce offered to bring the car back in and have it cleaned; I accepted, and the even after the scheduled cleaning, the vehicle was still somewhat messy inside. I found old childrens candy in the pouches behind the seats. The vehicle is doing well today, although the check engine light is on, and I am scheduled to have it looked at. All in all, I consider my experience with JD Byrider to be positive; they were quick to help me get into a car, and I am grateful for that.

    I own a 2003 CHEVROLET Impala. I worked with Bruce on the purchase of my vehicle, and he was great. The car runs well, and was generally clean, although the carpet inside the vehicle was a little on the dirty side. Everything seems to be going good with the vehicle, although the check engine light is coming on and off regularly. I was approved same day for my purchase, and I consider my experience with JD Byrider to be positive.

    I own a 2004 Ford FESTIVA L. Overall my experience has been positive. I brought my vehicle in because I had a sensor gone bad and the rear breaks replaced. The service was alot quicker the second time I came in, but the first time I didn`t have an appointment. I had to pay for the breaks, but I thought that the price was fair. I did recieve paperwork for the service. The staff was great. I am not experiencing any problems with the car today.

    I own a 2003 Dodge Stratus. My overall experience was positive. I brought my car in because the transmission pan was leaking. It took two days to work on my car. I was not charged for this service and I did get a receipt. I currently have no issues now with my vehicle. The staff overall was excellent.

    I own a 2001 Buick Century. I had my car in the shop to address an issue with my transmission jerking; the folks at the shop had me in and took care of the problem immediately, and even fixed a problem they noticed that i did not, and at no charge as my vehicle is still under the warrenty. The staff treated me well, and everything went great. All in all, I condsider my experience with JD Byrider to be positive.

    But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 1996 OLDSMOBILE Cutlass Su. I brought my car in for the timing cover gasket. It took a couple days to get fixed. It was not under warranty but the price I paid was fair. I got a receipt. The staff was good. I need a new transmission on the car. Overall, my experience was neutral because of all the problems with the car

    I own a 1998 Ford Contour. Overall my experience was positive. My sales person was Fred and he did a good job selling me the car and Floyd did a good job to for me. Floyd helped me a year ago. I got approved in one day for the car. When I got my car it was running good for me and it was nice and clean to. I am really happy with my car. I feel like it was the nicest one there and it had really low milage. Today my car is running good but I have to take it in and get the O2 sensor fixed.

    I own a 2001 CHEVROLET Venture. I brought my car in because there was a knocking noise coming from underneath, and there was a problem with the wheel barrel. The service was completed quickly. The car was under warranty, and I received a receipt. The staff was very good. The car is running good today. Overall I had a positive experience.

    I own a 2001 Chrysler PT Cruiser. Overall my experience was positive. I brought my vehicle in for the fog lights, and they had it for a day and a half. I had to pay for part of the service, and I felt the price was fair. I received paperwork with that, and the staff there always treats me really great. They follow-up and let me know how everything is going while my car is there. Jenny and the other lady up there do a great job. Currently I need one tire replaced, but I just haven`t done it yet.

    I own a 2001 CHEVROLET Malibu. I recently brought the vehicle in for issues with the ignition, and it was there from Friday to Monday for it to be serviced. The vehicle`s service was not under warranty, but I did receive a receipt for the service, and the price I paid was reasonable. The staff was fine, and the vehicle has no problems now. Overall I would rate this experience positive.

    I own a 1999 CHEVROLET Monte Carl. Overall my experience was positive. I brough my car into the shop because it was shaking in the front really bad. The staff members treated me ok while I was there and they had my car back to me that same day. The work done was under warranty and I did get paperwork with it. Today my car is running fine for me with no problems.
