    I own a 1999 Pontiac Grand Am. Overall my experience was positive. I brought my vehicle in for a checkup and to get an oil change and it took about 20 minutes. The price I paid was fair and I got a receipt. The staff are always nice to me. I found out that I need to have a new water pump put in soon.

    But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 2001 MAZDA Protege. Shaun was the salesperson that helped me select my vehicle, and the vehicle that I selected was ok shape when I received it. It took a couple of hours for me to be approved for the vehicle, and the vehicle has a overheating problem now. The staff was very nice, and overall I would rate this experience neutral because I feel the overheating issue was a problem before I bought it I think.

    I own a 2001 Ford Expedition. I brought my car in to get a new battery and it was installed the same day. It was covered under warranty and I received a receipt. The service there was excellent but my gas peddle needs to be fixed. My overall experience was positive.

    I own a 2000 Pontiac Grand Prix. Overall my experience was positive. My sales person was Tim, and I was approved the same day. My vehicle was in good shape when I bought it, and I currently do not have any problems with it. My sales person did a good job during the purchae of my vehicle.

    I own a 2003 Pontiac Grand Prix. Overall my experience was positive. My salesperson was Jim, and he provided pretty good customer service. The vehicle was clean and in good condition when I got it, and I was approved the same day. There are no current problems with the vehicle.

    I own a 2000 Mercury Sable. My salesperson was Kim, and he was good. I was approved for the car that day. The car was in good condition, but it wasnt detailed. It was ok though because they gave me a free detail. I am not currently having any problems with the car. Overall my experience was positive.

    I own a 2000 CHEVROLET Cavalier. Overall my experience was positive. My vehicle needed work on the transmission, because my vehicle would not go. My vehicle was in the shop for about one week, and I received papework. I currently do not have any problems with my vehicle, and the staff did a good job during the time that my vehicle was at the service department.

    I own a 1998 MAZDA B2500 REGU. I took in my car for an oil change. The work didn`t take long. The work was covered and I did get paperwork. The car is fine. They are fine and I`m on a first name with the manager out there. My experience was very positive.

    I own a 2003 Ford Taurus. I took in my car for the brakes lights and sometimes it feels like the rear would pop up when braking hard. The work took from 10 to around 2. The work was covered and I did get paperowrk. The car has no current issuse. The staff was good. My experience was positive.

    But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 2000 GMC Jimmy. Scott and Nick were my salesmen. They were ok. The truck was clean when I got it. The next day I had to take it into the shop because it was burning gas from my house for like to miles. It was also jerking when you would brake. It is still in the shop. I brought it in last Friday. I was approved the day before. Overall, my experience was neutral because of the problems and because the car is not big enough. I wanted something bigger but with my credit I had to go with that car. It will do for now.

    But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 1998 OLDSMOBILE Intrigue. I brought my car in because it wouldn`t start. They did not do anything to the vehicle. They just told me it needed a new battery so I bought one. I received paperwork for my visit. The customer service was fine. Currently there are still some problems with the car. Overall my experience was neutral because the car still runs bad.

    I own a 2003 CHEVROLET Lumina. My car was in for a oil change. They had my car for about twenty minutes. The service was under warranty. They did give me paper work. I need to take it in for the breaks. The employees were very nice and helpful. My experience was very positive.

    I own a 2001 Buick Century. My overall experience was positive. My vehicle was clean inside but they have to replace the left front tire and I already brought it in to get the check engine soon light on. Gin was my salesperson and they were good. I was approved for my car the second day.

    But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 2001 Pontiac Montana. I bought my car from Joe and he was a good salesperson. The car was clean however when I bought it the check engine light came on. The car currently stutters when I drive it but I dropped it off at the shop today. I was approved the same day and my overall experience was neutral because of all the problems the car is having.

    I own a 2003 Ford Taurus. My experience was positive. I took my car to the service center to have an axle replaced, which was done in about five hours. My warranty covered the work, and I was given some paperwork for it. The service staff was good to me, and my car is running alright now.
