    I own a 2000 Buick Regal. Overall my experience was positive. I brought my vehicle in for an oil change and tire rotation, and they had it for about an hour. The cost was covered under warranty, and I received paperwork with the service. The staff there treated me great, and there are no current problems with the vehicle.

    I own a 2003 Dodge Neon. I brought my car in to get the fluids changed. It was completed quickly that day. The car wasn`t under warranty, so I paid a fair price. The staff was excellent when working with me. My car is running fine as of today. Overall my experience was positive.

    Now this JD Byrider Customer was not so happy.. I own a 2001 Hyundai Elantra. Overall my experience was negative because my engine light always comes back on when I leave. It is like they turn it off and they dont do anything to me car. I am not happy about that. I took my car into the shop because I needed to get a new power sterring pump and the check engine light was on. They had my car in the shop for about five hours and the staff members were ok for me. The work done was under warranty and I did get paperwork with it. Today my check engine light is still on and I am taking it in to get fixed. This time they told me it was not under warranty.

    I own a 2000 CHEVROLET Venture. I recently brought the vehicle in for an oil change, it didnt take very long at all for me to my vehicle to be serviced. The vehicle`s service was under warranty, and I did receive a receipt for the service. The staff was very nice, and the vehicle has no problems now. Overall I would rate this experience positive.

    I own a 2002 CHEVROLET Malibu. I brought my car in for the motor. It was not in the shop for even a day. It was under warranty. I got paperwork. The staff were up to par. They were good. I am not having any problems with my car now. Overall, my experience was positive.

    I own a 2004 Pontiac Grand Am. Overall my experience was positive. I took the car to the service center to get a oil change, and it didnt take long at all. I didnt have to pay for the oil change, but I got a receipt back. I took the car to get checked because the check engine light was on and they told me there was a leak somewhere. The staff was pretty cool.

    I own a 2001 Chrysler PT Cruiser. Tony was the name of the salesperson who worked with me and he did an excellent job. The vehicle was clean and in good condition when I purchased it and I have not had a single issue with it since I purchased it. I was approved the first day I came in. Overall my experience was positive.

    I own a 1999 CHEVROLET Malibu. Overall my experience was positive. I brought my vehicle in for an intake gasket, and the work took about a day. The cost was covered under warranty, and I received paperwork with the service. The staff there treated me good, and there are no current problems with the vehicle besides it being a gas hog.

    I own a 2000 Dodge Grand Cara. Overall my experience was positive. I had an oil change, and my vehicle protected for the winter. My vehicle was clicking too, and my vehicle was in the shop for about 30 minutes. My vehicle was under warranty, and I received paperwork. My vehicle vibrates a lot when I hit a pot hole, and the staff did a good job as far as I can tell.

    But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 2003 Dodge Neon. I brought my vehicle in to get the alternator belt fixed and it took about 5 days to get it back. It was under warranty and the staff forgot to give me a receipt. The customer service at the store is really not good. I have not had any other problems with the vehicle. Overall my experience was neutral due to bad customer service.

    I own a 2003 Buick LeSabre. Overall my experience was positive. I brought my vehicle in for an oil change and work on the stabilizer, and they had it for about 45 minutes. The cost was covered under warranty, and I received paperwork with the service. The staff there treated me real good, and there are no current problems with the vehicle. After I pay this one off, I`m gonna go back and get another one.

    But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 2000 Dodge Stratus. I took the car to the service center because the brakes were dirty. I got the car back that same day. I had to pay twenty two dollars for the work that was done, but they gave me a receipt back showing what they did. The brakes are still squeaking. The staff treated me fine, but I just had to sit there for four hours even though I had an appointment. My overall experience was neutral because I sat there so long.

    I own a 2002 Ford Explorer. Overall my experience was positive. I was approved for the car the same day. The car was nice and clean when I drove it home, and I am not having any problems with the car now. My salesperson was Jeanette, and she was real nice.

    I own a 2002 CHEVROLET Impala. Overall my experience was positive. My sales person was a sweet heart. My sales person short, wore glass, and sits in the second office. My vehicle was clean when I bought it, but now my check engine light is on. I took my vehicle to the service department, so they can fix it. The staff said he had to call check and see if the manufacture warranty is still valid, and see if it would cover the part. Every one at the dealership is nice, and I do not have any complaints.
