    I own a 2000 Ford Explorer. Overall my experience was positive. I bought my car from Kim, and he was good. I was approved for the car the same day. The car was in good condition when I got it, but when I get out of the car it smells like oil. I am not having any problems with the car now though.

    I own a 2000 Jeep Cherokee. Overall my experience was positive. I brought my vehicle in for a motor problem, and they end up switching me into a new vehicle. The cost was covered under warranty, and I received paperwork with the service. The staff there treated me very good, and there are no current problems with the new vehicle at this time.

    Now this JD Byrider Customer was not so happy.. I own a 1999 Chrysler Cirrus. Overall my experience was negative, because I am still having the same problems. I have been taking my vehicle in every week for the last five weeks. Last week I had to have it in twice in the same week. This has all been for the same problem. I brought my vehicle in because there is something loose in the back that is making a sound. They kept it about a day the last time I had it in. The cost was covered under warranty, and I received paperwork with the service. The staff there has been nice and polite to me. Currently, I am having the same problems with the noise in the back, and they didn`t fix my lights or door locks either.

    I own a 2001 CHEVROLET Venture. I brought my car in for an oil change. It did not take too long to complete. It was covered under warranty. I received paperwork for the service. The staff were nice. Currently there are no problems with the car. Overall my experience was positive.

    I own a 2001 Dodge Durango. Anthony was my salesman. He was good. The truck was in good condition but it was not as clean as I would have liked. I am only having a problem with the back windows. The driver has to roll them down. I think there is a wiring problem. I was approved the same day. Overall, my experience was positive.

    I own a 2001 Jeep Cherokee. Overall my experience was positive. I was approved for the car the same day. The car was in pretty good condition when I bought it, but I need to get a valve cover gasket for the car. My salesperson was Kim, and he was great.

    I own a 1999 Ford Explorer. Overall my experience was positive. I had to bring my vehicle in to get the brakes worked on and it took a whole day. It was under warranty and I got a receipt. The staff did a good job working with me. The ABS light has been giving me problems now so I will probably have to bring it back in soon.

    I own a 2002 CHEVROLET Malibu. I just recently purchased a new vehicle and it was in ok shape when I received it, and the salesperson that helped me was Tony. I was approved for the vehicle as soon as I walked in, and teh brakes are squeaking now, and there is a noise coming from the front end. The staff was great, and overall I would rate this experience positive.

    I own a 2003 Ford Taurus. Overall my experience was positive. I brought my vehicle in for an oil change and it took all day because I left it there. It was under warranty and I got a receipt. The staff did a fine job with the work. I have not had any other problems with the vehicle.

    But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 2008 Ford Focus. Overall my experience was neutral, becuase of the customer service. The staff was not that friendly when I came in, because they did not smile, or they did not ask me how am I doing. I also did not like how long the service took. My vehicle needed an oil change, and it took bout one hour to complete. My vehicle was under warranty, and I received paperwork. I do currently do not have any problems with my vehicle.

    I own a 2000 Ford Explorer. I bought my car from Tom and he was an alright salesperson. The car was in good condition when I bought it but it was not clean. The only current problem with the car is the trunk latch does not close unless you slam it hard. I was approved the same day and my overall experience was positive.

    I own a 2004 Dodge Grand Cara. Overall my experience was positive. My salesperson was Larry, and him and the staff were nice and polite. Everyone was nice except for Denise, and she was extremely rude to us. She was saying how we should not get the van, and how she did not think my mom would be able to make the payments. I would never go buy a car from there because of her. The car was clean and in good condition when we got it, and she was approved a few days later. Currently, the engine light is on, the sliding door shuts hard, and the cupholder is broken.

    I own a 2000 Dodge Caravan. My car was in for the breaks. They had my car for a couple of hours. The service was under warranty. They did give me paper work. The employees were very good. There are no problems with my car today. My experience was positive.

    I own a 2003 OLDSMOBILE Alero. Overall my experience was absolutely positive. Joel was the salesperson that I worked with and he did a very, very good job working with me. The vehicle was clean and in good condition when I bought it and I have not had a single problem with it. I was not approved the first day I came in for the vehicle.
