 | I own a 1999 CHEVROLET Suburban. I brought the vehicle in because the service engine light was on and the passengar door lock won`t work. It took 1 day for it to be repaired. It was covered under warranty. I didn`t receive paperwork that day. I am not having problems with the vehicle now. The customer service I received was great. I don`t ahve any complaints. My overall experience was positive.

 | I own a 2005 Buick Century. Overall I had a positive experience. I brought my car in because my window control went out. They service was great . I didn`t have to pay anything because it was under warranty. I did recieve paperwork for the service I had done on my vehicle. I am not haveing any problems with the car today. The staff was very good as far as customer service

 | I own a 2002 Buick Century. I took the car to the service center because the driver side window, the oxygen sensors, and the front left axle all had to be replaced. Also I had a oil changed and had the digital display on the dash replaced. I didnt get the car back till two days later. I had to pay twenty dollars for the work that was done, but I didnt get a receipt back. I am just waiting on the button they ordered for the passenger side window. Mike is great. Overall my experience was positive.

 | I own a 2001 Buick Regal. I brought it in for a wheel berring. It was there for the day and the service was covered. I did get a receipt and there are no problems now. The staff there was alright and the experience was positive.

 | I own a 2000 CHEVROLET Blazer. My car was in for a oil change. They had my car for about one hour and fifteen minutes. The service was under warranty. They did give me paper work. The employees were very nice. There are no problems with my car today. My experience was positive.

 | I own a 2002 Dodge Caravan. I had my vehicle in for service because I could smell oil burning, and I also had some issues with the back window on the driver side of the vehicle also. I was in and out for service quickly, and the folks at the shop were fine. My vehicle was still under warrenty and I got all the needed paperwork after the service was complete. Today the car is doing fine, and i consider my experience with JD Byrider as a whole to be positive, although I am dissapointed with the CNNA department.

 | I own a 2002 Mercury Sable. Overall my experience was positive. I brought my vehicle in to get the tire looked at because it was shaking and it took 3 hours to get it back. It was under warranty and did not get a receipt. The staff did a good job with me. The vehicle is cutting off on me sometimes now.

Overall my experience has been neutral because it feels like there is always something wrong with the vehicle. I brought my car in because there was something wrong with the tires. The service was alright they weren`t that fast. I didn`t have to pay anything because my car was under warranty. I did receive paperwork with the service. There are continious problems with the vehicle

 | I own a 2001 Ford Escort. Overall, my experience was positive. i brought the car in because the belts busted. It was quickly serviced in a couple days, and I did not pay anything because it`s under warranty. I was given a receipt, and the customer service was excellent. Currently, the radio is going out. They made an djustment and it`s not working as well as it did before. Also, my car rumbles when I reach a certain speed.

 | I own a 2002 CHEVROLET Venture. My overall experience was positive. I brought my car in for a tune-up and a maitenance check. It took one day to service my car. I was not charged for this service and I did get a receipt. I currently do not have any problems with my car now. The staff was all nice too me.

 | But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 2001 CADILLAC DeVille. I had my car into the shop to deal with some issues I am having, including shaking and issues with the car dieng at stop lights. The service has not been fast, and it has taken the shop over a month to try and get the vehicle serviced, and they have yet to properly finish the job. My vehicle is under warrenty, but I have yet to recieve any paperwork for the work that is done on my vehicle. The staff has been fairly helpful, but there has been one staff member who always seems to have a story and an exscuse for the issues going on with my vehicle. There are still issues going on with the vehicle, and they are the same issues I have been trying to get the shop to resolve for over a monnth. All in all, I would rate my experience as neutral with JD Byrider, and I wish I could be rid of the vehicle at this point.

 | I own a 2001 SATURN LW200. Overall my experience was positive. Jake was the salesperson I worked with and he did a fine job. The vehicle was clean and in good condition when I purchased it and I was approved first day. The antenna is gone and a window won`t roll back up.

 | I own a 2002 Ford Escape. Overall my experience was positive. My salesperson was Julianna, and she provided fine customer service. The vehicle was clean and in good condition when I got it, and I was approved the same day. The vehicle has recently been dying and stalling, but I took it in and they said there was nothing wrong. If it keeps doing it I will have to take it back up there.
