    I own a 2001 Dodge Durango. Scott sold me the car. The car was in good condition. There are a couple of concerns like the oil pressure and back tire was loose. The process didn`t take long. The staff was good. My experience was positive.

    Now this JD Byrider Customer was not so happy.. I own a 2001 Ford Taurus. I brought my car in because the engine failed. It was took two weeks to complete. It was not covered under warranty and I do not believe that I paid a fair price for the work. I received paperwork for the service. The car lasted for a week, but then the engine failed again. They did a terrible job. Overall my experience was negative because the engine failed again.

    I own a 2002 CHEVROLET Malibu. My car was in for it was overheaating. They had my car overnight, and I picked it up the next day. The service was not under warranty, but they did not charge me. They did give me paper work and receipt. There are no problems with my car today. The employees were good, I really like Jenn. I have had a lot of problems with my car but they helped me out. My overall experience was positive.

    I own a 2002 Ford Windstar. My overall experience was positive. My salesperson was Hasaan. His service was wonderful. I was approved for my car the same day. The car was not in good condition or clean for me. My car was jerking a bit and they fixed it for me--now I am not having any problems with my car.

    I own a 2003 Dodge Neon. Overall my experience was positive. My check engine light was on, and my vehicle was in the shop for about one day. My vehicle was in under warranty, and I received papework. I currenlty do not have any problems with my vehicle, and the staff did a good job during the time that my vehilce was in the shop.

    But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 2003 Pontiac Montana. My overall experience was neutral because it was really time consuming.This was my first time buying a car and it took 3 hours. My salesperson was Skip. His service was good. My van was in good condition and clean for me. I was approved the same day for the van. There are no problems with my van at this time.

    I own a 2002 Mercury Sable. Todd was my salesman. He was awesome. The car was clean and in good condition when I got it. I am not having any problems with it now. I was approved the same day. Overall, my experience was positive.

    I own a 2002 CADILLAC Catera. I recently brought the vehicle in for an oil change, fog lights, valve leaks, and gauges, I dropped the vehicle off and had it serviced. The vehicle`s service was under warranty, and I did receive a reciept for the service. The staff was pretty good, and the vehicle has no problems now. Overall I would rate this expereince positive.

    I own a 2001 Dodge Stratus. I brought it in for the timing belt. It was there for a day and a half and the service was covered. I did get a receipt but I am going to take it back in tomorrow to have some stuff checked. The staff there was good and the experience was positive.

    I own a 2000 Mercury Tracer. I took in my car for not starting. The first day they replaced the battery but it went back for a new starter. The work was covered and I did get paperwork. The car is starting right. The staff was polite. My experience was positive.

    But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 2000 Dodge Neon. My experience was neutral because I couldn`t purchase two of the first vehicles that I picked out. Mike was my salesperson. My car was clean when I got it, but the front end was jumping from a dead stop and it was making a whining noise as well. I was approved for the car in one day. Financing and approval was clearly explained to me. The car is still jumping, and it is still making the same noise.

    But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 1999 Nissan Quest. I took the car to the service center to have the brakes fixed. I didnt get the car back till the next day, and I had to call to see if it was done. I didnt have to pay for the work that was done because they didnt do it right the first time. I got a receipt back showing what they did to the car. They said they cleaned the brakes and I dont know how you clean brakes. The brakes are still squeaking. The service guys there suck. The staff is great, but the quility of service sucks. Overall my experience was neutral because the quality of service wasnt good.

    I own a 1999 CHEVROLET Monte Carl. Overall my experience was positive. I worked with Lad and he was alright I suppose. The vehicle was in good condition and clean when I bought it and I have not had any problems with the vehicle at all. I was approved the first day I went in.

    I own a 1999 Mercury Villager. Overall my experience was positive. I brought my vehicle in for tires, brakes, and bearings. The work took about 3-4 hours, and I had to pay for the service. I felt the price was fair, and I received paperwork with that. The staff there all treated me good, and there are no current problems with the vehicle.

    I own a 2003 Ford Focus. My salesperson was Bob. The customer service I received was very well. The vehicle was neat and in good condition when I received it. I don’t have any problems with the vehicle right now. It took about 8 hours for me to be approved for the vehicle. My overall experience was positive.
