    But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 2002 Mercury Sable. I brought my car in to get my mirrior light and locks fixed. They had it in and out of the shop the same day but did not fix anything. It was covered under warranty but I did not receive a receipt. The service there was alright however my mirrior light is still off and my locks do not work. Overall my experience was neutral because my problems were never fixed.

    Now this JD Byrider Customer was not so happy.. I own a 2001 CHEVROLET Blazer. I brought my car in because it had a rough idle, there was a coolant problem, and to repair the heater core. It took two and a half days to complete. It was not covered under warranty, but they forced it under warranty for me so I did not have to pay anything. I received paperwork for the service. The customer service was a little rough. The check engine light came on when I was a block away from the shop. The back wiper and the lights of the car now turn off and on at random times even when the car is off. The car also still has a rough idle. Overall my experience was negative because of all the things that are still wrong with the car. They did not fix everything.

    I own a 1999 Pontiac Grand Am. Overall my experience was positive. I had an oil change, and it took about 10 minutes to complete. My vehicle was under warranty, and I received paperwork. I currently do not have any problems with my vehicle, and the staff had good customer service during my visit with the service department.

    I own a 2004 Ford Taurus. My service was fabulous. It was absolutely wonderful. I brought it in because the alternator went out. It took hours. It was under warranty. I got paperwork. Jeff was wonderful. It is all taken care of. I am not having any problems now. Overall, my experience was very positive.

    I own a 2002 CHEVROLET Malibu. Overall my experience was positive. Sunil was the salesperson that worked with me and he did a good job. The vehicle was in good condition and clean when I bought it and I was approved the first day I went in. The ABS light and check engine light both came on fairly quickly after I got it. I am bringing it in tomorrow to get a sensor looked at.

    But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 2001 Ford Explorer. My salesman`s name was Scott. He was great. The truck was clean and in good condition when I got it. I am not having any problems with it yet. I was approved the same day. Overall, my experience was neutral because they are a good car dealership but they have problems just like everyone else.

    I own a 2008 Pontiac Grand Am. My car was in for a oil change. They had my car for about one hour. The service was under warranty. They did give me paper work. There are no problems with my car today. The employees were fine. My experience was positive.

    But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 2001 Ford Taurus. Overall my was neutral, just becuase I had to have service. What is good about having a problem with my vehicle? My heat was not working, so I had service. My vehicle was in the shop for about 48 hours. My service bill was fair, and I received paeprwork. I currently do not have any problems with my vehicle, and the staff did a good job during my visit.

    I own a 2001 Ford Taurus. Venus was the salesperosn that helped me select my vehicle, and the vehicle that I selected was in food condition when I received it. It took a couple of hours for me to be approved for the vehicle, and the vehicle idles very high. The staff was good, but Richard was the salesperon my fisrt night there and he lied to me and said I was approved for a vehicle that I was not approved for. He was a total liar, and basically told me what I wanted to hear. Overall I would rate this experience positive.

    I own a 2000 Buick Century. I brought my car in for an oil change. It took about 45 minutes. It was under warranty. I got paperwork. The staff were good. I am not having any problems with my car now. Overall, my experience was positive.

    I own a 2001 Pontiac Grand Am. I brought my car in because it would not start. It took three or four hours to complete. It was covered under warranty. I do not remember if I received paperwork for the service. The customer service was good. Currently the car occaisionally has problems starting. Overall my experience was positive.

    I own a 2002 CHEVROLET Silverado. Mario and a female worked with me and they did a good job helping me. I was approved the first day I went in and the vehicle was clean and in good condition when I got it. The tailgate was broken when I first bought it but they fixed that up quickly when I brought it in. Overall my experience was positive.

    I own a 2005 Ford Explorer. My overall experience was positive. My salesperson was Johnny. His service was great. I was approved the same day for the car. The car was in good condition and clean for me. There are some minor problems but other than that the car is great. I would recommend Johnny to anybody.

    I own a 2002 CHEVROLET Cavalier. Overall my experience was positive. I needed work on my fuel pump, and so I had service. My vehicle was in the shop for about two hours, and I received paperwork. I currenlty do not have any problems with my vehicle, and the staff did a good job during the purchase of my vehicle. My vehicle was udner warranty at the time of service.
