    I own a 2000 OLDSMOBILE Intrigue. I brought my car in for work on the blower motor and temperature gauge. It took about four hours to complete. It was not covered under warranty, but I paid a fair price. I received paperwork for the service. The customer service was great. Currently there are no problems with the car. Overall my experience was positive.

    I own a 2002 Buick LeSabre. I took in my car for the fan motor on the AC. It started when I got the car and it was stopping and starting back. The work took from Monday to Thursday and there was some miscommunication. The work was covered and I did get paperwork. They were supposed to look at the driver`s rear window and it doesn`t always go up. It was supposed to be done while the car was there. The window made a bad sound when I rolled it down. The staff was nice and polite. My experience was positive.

    I own a 2001 Chrysler TC. Overall, my experience was positive. My salesperson was Brian and he was good. My vehicle was in good condition and clean when I bought it. There are no problems with the car now, and I was approved the same day.

    I own a 2002 Mercury Sable. I brought my car in because it was having transmission problems. It took about five hours to complete. It was covered under warranty. I received paperwork for the service. The customer service was good. Currently the car is still having some transmission problems. Overall my experience was positive.

    But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 2000 Buick Regal. I took in my car for an oil change. The work took about an hour. I paid for the oil change. The price was reasonable. I did get paperwork. They were supposed to do the bearings the last time but they didn`t fix. I guess I`ll take it somewhere else. The staff was alright with me. My experience was neutral because the last issue I took it in for wasn`t fixed properly. The car turned out worse.

    I own a 2002 CHEVROLET Malibu. I brought my car in for an oil change. It took about forty five mintues to complete. It was not covered under warranty, but I paid a fair price for it. I received paperwork for the service. The customer service was fine. Currently there are no problems with the car. Overall my experience was positive.

    But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 2000 Buick Regal. I took in my car for an oil change. The work took an hour. I paid for the work at a reasonable price. I did get paperwork. The car is doing so-so. I believe the car has an electrical issue again. The staff was so-so. My experince was neutral because it has been so-so. It wasn`t really good or really bad.

The staff were friendly. Currently there are no problems with the car. Overall my experience was positive.

It was not covered under warranty, but I paid a fair price for it. I received paperwork for the service. The customer service was alright. Currently the car is having some problems. Overall I would say my experience was neutral because I keep having to bring it back to the shop.

    I own a 2001 Ford F-150. My salesperson was Kelly I believe. Her customer service was alright. The car was clean and in good running condition when I purchased it, but it did have a few dents in it. Currently there are no problems with the car. I was approved the same day.     I own a 2001 Pontiac Montana. My salesperson was Dana and she was wonderful. The car was in good running condition and clean when I purchased it. Currently the gas gauge is not working and the check engine light has come on. I was approved for the car the same day. Overall my experience was positive.

    I own a 2008 Chrysler PT Cruiser. Overall, my experience was positive. My salesperson was Jordan and he was great. My vehicle was in good condition and clean when I bought it. There is a problem with one of the tires. It has a defect and it is starting to turn in to a bubble. They told me to bring it in and they`d fix it. I was approved the next day because I ran short on time and had to take care of some business. It was all in a timely fashion, and Jordan was very good.
