 | I own a 2002 Buick LeSabre. I took in my car for the fan motor on the AC. It started when I got the car and it was stopping and starting back. The work took from Monday to Thursday and there was some miscommunication. The work was covered and I did get paperwork. They were supposed to look at the driver`s rear window and it doesn`t always go up. It was supposed to be done while the car was there. The window made a bad sound when I rolled it down. The staff was nice and polite. My experience was positive.

The price was reasonable. I did get paperwork. They were supposed to do the bearings the last time but they didn`t fix. I guess I`ll take it somewhere else. The staff was alright with me. My experience was neutral because the last issue I took it in for wasn`t fixed properly. The car turned out worse.

 | I own a 2008 Chrysler PT Cruiser. Overall, my experience was positive. My salesperson was Jordan and he was great. My vehicle was in good condition and clean when I bought it. There is a problem with one of the tires. It has a defect and it is starting to turn in to a bubble. They told me to bring it in and they`d fix it. I was approved the next day because I ran short on time and had to take care of some business. It was all in a timely fashion, and Jordan was very good.
