    I own a 2001 CHEVROLET Cavalier. I brought my car in to get the brakes fixed. The service was completed quickly. It was under warranty, and I received a receipt. The staff were great. The car is doing fine today. Overall my experience was great and positive.

    But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 2001 Dodge Durango. My salesperson was Tim. The customer service that I received was fine. The vehicle was neat and in good condition when I received it. I am having problems with the transmission especially between 1st and 2nd gear. It took about 6 hours for me to be approved for the vehicle. My overall experience is neutral due to the amount of time that I was there and that I already have to put it in the shop.

    I own a 2001 GMC Jimmy. My car was in for the gas was leaking out of the car. They had my car for about a day. The service was under warranty. They did give me paper work. The employees were great. The check engine light is back on the car again. My experience was positive.

    I own a 2001 Buick LeSabre. I brought my car in because it was cutting off. It was completed quickly. It wasn`t under warranty, so I had to pay a fair price. I did not receive a receipt. The staff was good. My experience was excellent, and positive.

    I own a 2003 CHEVROLET Malibu. Overall my exoerience was positive. My brakes were not good, my vehicle was cutting off, my vehicle was runnging hot. There were small holes in my hoses, and my caddelitic converter needed to be replaced. My vehicle was in the shop about two days. My vehicle was udner warranty, and I did not get paperwork. The staff had to order parts, so I am suppose the have the work completed in the near future. The service department had good cusomter serivce, but I am mad that I was sold the car with all of these problems.

    I own a 2002 Mercury Sable. My overall experience was positive. I took my car in for new tires. I took about 3-4 hours to replace my tires. It was under warranty. I did receive paperwork and a receipt. The staff`s service was excellent. My car is a bit jumpy and I had to switch to premium gas. I also need an oil change and new spark plugs.

    Now this JD Byrider Customer was not so happy.. I own a 2004 CHEVROLET TrailBlaze. I brought my car in because there were rust issues, the a.c. wasn`t working, there were leaks, it was running hot, the gauge on the car wasn`t working, and something with the power steering fluid. It was in the shop for a month. It was all under warranty exept the a.c. They did it for free because it was due to rust and I pitched a fit. I did not receive paperwork. The staff gave me the run around. They have the car now. They came and got it. Overall, my experience was negative due to the problems.

    Now this JD Byrider Customer was not so happy.. I own a 2000 Pontiac Montana. My car was in for the temp gauge was not working right. They had my car for three days. The service was under warranty. They did give me paper work. The employees were alright. My car is still doing the exact thing today, my breaks are still squeeking. My experience was negative, because my car is not fixed. I have had my car in six or seven times in the past six months.

    I own a 2001 CHEVROLET Impala. My car was in for a oil change. They had my car for about forty five minutes. The service was under warranty. They did give me paper work. My check engine light is back on. The employees were fine. My experience was very positive.

    I own a 2005 Ford Taurus. I brought my car in because I was having problems with the transmission, steering, and the airbag light. The services were completed quickly. It was under warranty, and im pretty sure I have a receipt. The staff have been very nice to me. Today the car is running fine. Overall I had a positive experience.

    I own a 1999 OLDSMOBILE Other. I recently brought my car in to get the brakes fixed. The service is not completed yet. It wasn`t under warranty, and I had to pay $350 for it. I have not received a receipt yet. The staff were fair. As far as I know, nothing else is wrong with it. Overall my experience was positive.

    I own a 2001 Jeep Cherokee. I had my car in the shop for a check engine light, and also had some issues with the engine internally, and had hoses repaired. The service was done quickly, however, the vehicle has been in the shop regularly since I made the purchase. My vehicle is still under warrenty however, and I did recieve all the paperwork for the services done for the vehicle. The staff treated me well, and overall I consider my experience with JD Byrider as positive; Even though the vehicle is problamatic, the workers in the service department always fix it for me!
